There are two types of advertiser programs we offer:

BASIC
--You pay $3.00 a week for the a small banner or text link.
--You pay us 5% of any sales that we are responsible for. (We do not use tracker codes, we work on the referral system.)
--We decide where your link goes.
--You contact us once a week regarding our sales commissions.
--You pay us every two weeks.
PREMIUM
--You pay $5.00 a week for the banner or text link.
--You pay us 3% of any sales or memberships that we are responsible for. (We do not use tracker codes, we work on the referral system.)
--You decide where your link goes.
--If you have a small banner, we will consider including it on our site.
--You contact us once a month regarding our sales commissions.
--You pay us every two weeks.
Terms
--We can terminate the agreement at any time for any reason.
--We are 100% responsible for deciding whether or not you can advertise with us. We will notify you as soon as possible.
--We only provide advertiser assistance via e-mail or via web cam.
--We do not provide advance warning of any link deletions.
--We do not tolerate any spamming at all. If you spam, you are responsible to pay us $600.00 per spam attempt. Also, you will be responsible for compensating any spam victims and compensate us for any legal cost that your spamming has caused. A spam is a violation of federal law. (In other words, do not send any unsolicited e-mail or advertisement in any way)
--We can reject any submission at any time.
--We do not violate any federal or state laws. We believe in free speech and the civil rights amendment.
--Any link to a site or product that is offensive in nature or illegal in any of the states of the United States is not eligible for our advertiser program. All of our host providers do not allow that kind of material to be on their servers. This is not our choice. This exclusion includes adult-oriented sites.
--We can change the terms of our agreement at any time.
--We are not responsible if any our agreements with our webhosts are terminated. We will try to find you a new place to post your links. You will receive a refund for any periods you have paid for.
--Current affiliates or associates of NSP are not allowed to submit an application.
--An unusual amount of customer complaints about your product or service will cause an automatic termination of our agreement. There will be no prior notice of this termination.
